City permit

For every basement we finish, we get a permit from the city of residence.  This ensures full equity and resale value for the homeowner, and of course means everything will be done up to code.  City workers will come out and give appropriate inspections.

Framing

Basement framing is our specialty!  Not only do we get this done quickly but also correctly.  Our work is always fire blocked and draft stopped up to code.

HVAC, electrical, and plumbing

We use only the best local and licensed subcontractors for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.  We work with them to ensure that everything is safe and up to code in your basement refinish.

Insulation

We provide a variety on insulation choices including blow in, fiberglass, and resilient channel.  Let us know your concerns for sound and climate control - we'll make sure your basement is insulated to your preferred taste!

Drywall, mud, tape and texture
