    No problem! We can take over where you left off. The $2,500 will be applied toward the cost of Jensen Pro Construction completing the rest of the basement for you.

  • What if there's a certain trade (drywall, paint, electrical, etc.) that I know I don't want to do?

    Jensen Pro Construction is happy to bid and complete any trade that you prefer not to handle yourself.

  • Do I get a refund on trades that I don't need consulting on?

    Regardless of how many trades are completed by the DIYer or the contractor, the $2,500 consulting cost remains the same.

  • What if my project takes longer than one year?

    Our consulting package is valid for one year. For projects extending beyond that, we can arrange continued consulting based on your timeline and project scope.
